Constructing a new food business is a stressful time. There are various tradespeople to manage, Government applications to submit, compliance standards to achieve and budgetary constraints to meet. We can take the stress out of the Government Applications and the design and construction of your kitchen to ensure it meets State and Federal Standards, saving you valuable time and money trying to get it right.

 

We have considerable Government experience assessing and approving plans under State Legislation, Australian Standards and the Food Standards Code through our Local Government work. We bring this experience to the private sector to work with you and your builders/architects to ensure that your new commercial kitchen is built to standard and your plans are presented and designed to meet Council approval requirements.

We assess plans, make recommendations and work with your builders, architects and your Local Council to ensure that your kitchen not only meets the design requirements, but is planned and constructed in a way to achieve maximum efficiency.

Whilst we do not offer the drawing of kitchen plans including site plan, kitchen plan and elevation plans to name a few, we can subcontract this service if you do not have a preferred architect or business able to draw plans for you.
